The Overo Documentation on the Gumstix Developer site is an incredible treat for those of us who’ve been salivating over this piece of kit since it was first stubbed on Wikipedia. Also, the Overo Users mailing list appears to setup and ready to go.

With a TI OMAP 3503, 128MB DDR RAM, 256MB NAND Flash, microSD slot, BlueTooth, and WiFi stuffed right onto the motherboard, that’s one hell of a computing package for the size. Check this image for an idea of the kinds of connections that will be possible once the full expansion board line is in production.

Update: Other sites have name the processor as a TI OMAP 3530 as opposed to the 3503. More reading below:
